Warranty Coverage

At Procyon Industries, we stand behind the quality, performance, and workmanship of the products we deliver. Our warranty program is designed to protect your investment and provide clear, reliable support throughout the service life of your equipment.

Warranty Terms

Procyon Industries original products are covered as follows:

• Lifetime warranty on all Night Vision Housings
• Five (5) year warranty on new Image Intensifier Tubes
• One (1) year warranty on all trade in products to include Omni Image Intensifier Tubes

Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as well as accidental damage that affects the functionality of the device. Covered issues may include, but are not limited to:

• Manufacturing defects
• Housing failures not caused by misuse
• Internal component issues affecting normal operation
• Accidental damage resulting from reasonable use

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation by Procyon Industries.

What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under this warranty:

• Intentional damage or misuse
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or maintenance
• Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect function ( to include laser or sun damage)
• Damage resulting from use outside of intended operational parameters

Procyon Industries reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility based on inspection findings.

Second-Hand and Transferred Products

Warranty coverage may extend to second-hand Procyon Industries products, provided valid proof of original purchase is supplied. Warranty terms remain tied to the original purchase date and are not reset upon resale or transfer.

Products without verifiable proof of purchase are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Warranty Service Process

To initiate a warranty claim, customers should contact Procyon Industries directly with a description of the issue and proof of purchase. Once reviewed, instructions for return, inspection, and next steps will be provided.

Repair or replacement decisions are made at the discretion of Procyon Industries based on the nature of the issue and product condition.

Additional Information

Warranty coverage applies only to Procyon Industries original products. Accessories, consumables, and third-party components may be subject to separate manufacturer warranties.
