The Wilcox PVS-14 J-arm with dovetail is a monocular arm that thumbscrew mounts to an AN/PVS-14 and presents a dovetail shoe to the helmet mount. It is the arm used to run a PVS-14 on a Wilcox G24 or other dovetail mount. It is not a USGI bayonet J-arm and will not plug into a Norotos RHNO II horn socket or a USGI Rhino.
Left- or right-eye use is set by swinging the arm, 110° of travel. Height and angle are adjustable for eye position and relief. The PVS-14 attaches and detaches with a thumbscrew. This arm is for AN/PVS-14 series monoculars, not mini-rail devices (Breach, Opsin, MUM-14 use an MRX-PRO or mini-rail arm).
Verified specifications
Device interface: AN/PVS-14 thumbscrew / PVS-14 J-arm pattern
Helmet interface: Wilcox dovetail shoe style. Not bayonet.
Flip / eye selection: 110° travel, left or right eye
Materials: lightweight aerospace grade metals and polymer
A Wilcox G24 (dovetail helmet mount) plus this J-arm is the usual PVS-14 helmet combination. Bayonet helmet mounts need a bayonet J-arm, not this part.
