ARC Belt Loadout
When it comes to tactical belt setups, there are a lot of options out there. The ARC Belt Loadout is one of them. We decided to make the choice a little bit easier for everybody and create a combo that gives you the basics you need and saves you some money as well!
This loadout starts off with the HRT ARC Belt, an innovative, rigid, lightweight, low-profile first line belt system.Its laser cut woven polymer Tegris core offers an unparalleled strength to weight ratio and is contoured which conforms to the body for maximum comfort. The laser cut sleeve system enables the user to achieve the perfect fit with the largest size adjustment range in the industry.
The HRT ARC Belt pairs perfectly with our HRT ARC Mag Pouches but will accept any MOLLE style pouches and accessories you may have. The Tegris core is made from woven polymer and the sleeves are laminated 500/1000 Denier Cordura.

ARC Tegris Inner Belt
The HRT ARC TEGRIS Inner Belt is a low-profile contoured belt intended for everyday use. The ARC Inner Belt can be used in conjunction with the ARC belt to provide a quick and secure attachment for your gun belt or can be used stand-along to hold up your pants. The design allows for ultra-light weight, but yet rigid assisting in the uniform distribution of load across the user’s waist.
Sizing Recommendations for Inner Belt
- Run a tailor’s tape around your waist, and correspond your measurement to the following:
- Small/Medium: 28-38″
- Medium/Large: 36-44″
- Large/X-Large: 42-50″
ARC Inner Belt
The ARC Inner Belt is a low profile contoured belt intended for everyday us. The ARC Inner Belt can be used in conjunction with the ARC belt to provide a quick and secure attachment for your gun belt or can be used stand-along to hold up your pants. The design allows for quick adjustment or a “set and forget” attachment with the G-Hook connection.
Belt is 1.875″ tall, but will fit in most belt loops.
Sizing Recommendations for Inner Belt
- Run a tailor’s tape around your waist, and correspond your measurement to the following:
- Small: 30-35″
- Medium: 35-39″
- Large: 39-45″
- XL: 45-48″
ARC Pistol Pouch
The HRT ARC Pistol Pouch was designed to be lightweight, low-profile with positive retention. This effective solution is the perfect option for mounting pistol magazines on MOLLE or belts. The key feature of this pouch is its ability to maintain a precise retention utilizing the thermoplastic insert and laser cut precision assembly. The back of the pouch features several mounting locations for various belts, MOLLE or positioning. The pouch is made from laminated 500/1000 Denier Cordura.
ARC AR Pouch
The HRT ARC AR Pouch was designed to be low-profile with positive retention. This effective solution is the perfect option for mounting AR style magazines on MOLLE or belts. The key feature of this pouch is its ability to maintain a precise retention utilizing the thermoplastic insert and laser cut precision assembly. The laser cut slots allow for stacking of magazines or additional gear. The HRT AR pouch will accept most common AR15/M4 style magazines. The back of the pouch features several mounting locations for various belts, MOLLE or positioning. The pouch is made from laminated 500/1000 Denier Cordura.
ARC Med Pouch
The HRT ARC Medical Pouch was designed with direct input from active-duty medical personnel to be low-profile, quickly accessible, and secure for your basic iFAK needs. The ARC medical Pouch was developed with the TCCC guidelines in mind. This effective solution is the perfect option for mounting your life saving medical supplies on MOLLE or your belts. This 2 piece design allows the user to organize their supplies any way they desire while maintaining the security of various sized items. The backbone of the pouch is our rigid panel with cutouts allow for mounting/organizing and securing items that is best suited for your needs.
The side pull feature of this pouch allows it to be accessed from either side while keeping snag hazards to a minimum. The ARC Medical Pouch is made of laminated cordura fabric and allows for 2” belt mounting or MOLLE mounting. Our included tourniquet hanger rounds out your individual trauma kit and be prepared for the worst case scenario. The pouch is made from laminated 500/1000 Denier Cordura.
ARC Dump Pouch
The HRT ARC Dump Pouch was designed to maintain a low profile when not in use but hold multiple full-size magazines, water bottles, evidence storage, and whatever you may need on the range or mission. The unique fold up design enables it to be stowed cleanly and match your existing ARC pouches. The bag can be instantly opened with a solid tug of one hand on the pull tab.
The ARC Dump Pouch is made of laminated 500/1000 Denier cordura fabric and allows for a 2” belt mounting or MOLLE mounting. The bag is constructed from 500D cordura with a cinch closure and drain hole in the bottom.
ARC Utility Pouch
The HRT ARC Utility Pouch was designed to be a low-profile solution for carrying a variety of items. This effective solution is the perfect option for mounting on MOLLE or belt platforms. The key feature of this pouch is its ability to shrink or expand based on the item you wish to carry.
The HRT Utility Pouch will accept the most common 9/40 single or double-stack magazines, multi-tools, lights, or anything else you need to carry. The Velcro flap will hold your item securely or if you choose can be folded inside of the pouch to remain out of the way for quick access. The back of the pouch features several mounting locations for various belts, MOLLE, or positioning. The pouch is made from laminated 500/1000 Denier Cordura.
ARC Belt Rear Sleeves
The ARC Belt Rear sleeves are for those who require the ARC core to be covered or to give that extra comfort of knowing the rear section of the belt will not lift. The sleeves are sold in a pair so that you can get maximum coverage of the rear of the belt.
